With so many different types of vendors all in one place, and so many people attending, wedding shows can become very overwhelming. Below is a list of suggestion that can help you prepare for attending wedding show(s), allowing you to have the best experience possible and to gather all the information you really need to plan your perfect wedding. Before Attending the Wedding Show: Create a Wedding Email Address: Create an email account specifically for your wedding so that you do not have to give out your personal email address. This also helps to keep all emails wedding related organized in one location. Make a List of Wedding Vendors You Need: Making a list of wedding vendors you still need for your wedding can allow you to spend your time wisely, giving you more time to talk to vendors you are really interested in. It is also a good idea to check the exhibitor list prior to attending a wedding show, writing down specific vendor names that you would like to speak with. Know Your Budgets: Know what your budgets are for each area of your wedding so that you spend your time talking to vendors within your price range. Make Pre-Printed Labels: Prior to going to a wedding show, print out labels with both the bride/groom names, your address, phone number, email address and wedding date. This will allow you to spend less time filling out your information for the many vender give-aways and promo-contests, and more time gathering information to help you plan your wedding.
